The Harry's House campaign was a massive, multi-faceted project with elements like fan listening sessions, record shop installations, and outdoor campaigns. But the main challenge was how to create a centerpiece that could capture fans' attention and deliver a standout experience. We needed something that would engage Harry Styles' global fanbase in a meaningful and memorable way.

Recognizing that Harry’s fans are eager for more than just music—they want immersive experiences—we designed the Harry's House pop-up shop, part of a global multi-city rollout. Working directly with Harry's U.S. management, we found a massive venue in Amsterdam that could host all aspects of the experience, from photo exhibitions and interactive photobooths to a large merchandise store offering exclusive, limited-edition items.

The pop-up shop ran for three consecutive days, with daily queues stretching around the block as fans eagerly awaited their turn to dive into the experience. The setup was a major operation, but the response was overwhelming. It was a huge, multi-day operation that taught me invaluable lessons in large-scale event execution.
